urve (Leicester) are going to share a tech recording of their critically acclaimed production of The Importance of Being Earnest (2016) online for free. The production will be uploaded on Sunday 5th April at 7pm as a warm up to the Oliver Awards - Greatest Moments, airing at 10.15pm on ITV.

Today, Curve Artistic Director, Nikolai Foster, announces the cast for his production of THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST. BAFTA and Golden Globe-nominated actress Cathy Tyson will star as the iconic Lady Bracknell in Foster's stylish reimagining of Wilde's much-loved comedy. Cathy is best known for her role in the multi-award winning film Mona Lisa, classic ITV drama series Band of Gold and her stage work with the RSC and Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse.

Lindsay Posner's latest West End transfer is Noel Coward's 1924 comedy Hay Fever which is playing at the Duke of York's Theatre, following a run at the Theatre Royal, Bath and an Australia tour. Starring Felicity Kendal as retired actress Judith Bliss, Hay Fever sees each member of the Bliss family (made up of Judith, her husband and two adult children) invite a guest to their home for the weekend resulting in a weekend full of drama.

The production, which has one of the biggest ever casts for a play in the West End, has twice extended its run due to popular demand and is now booking until April 2015.
