BIO
Over the years Earl has enjoyed an incredible association with Producer, Sir Cameron Mackintosh, particularly with Les Misérables and is delighted to be returning to the Les Misérables - The Staged Concert.
It all started in 1996 with his West End debut (Palace Theatre) and subsequent appearances at Euro ’96 Final at Wembley; the first outdoor concert at Hylands Park and the Entente Cordiale Celebration at Windsor Castle. Earl has also co-produced five symphonic presentations of Les Misérables in Concert with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
In 2008 Earl returned to Les Misérables (Queen’s Theatre) as Inspector Javert, a role he originated for the Les Misérables 25th Anniversary Production (London, Broadway, Toronto, Paris, Singapore, Manila and throughout the United Kingdom). He played the Bishop at 25th Anniversary Concert (O2).
Earl played Ed Parsley and subsequently and Daryl van Horne in the original cast of Cameron Mackinstosh’s The Witches of Eastwick and has performed The Phantom in Cameron Mackintosh’s original and 25th Anniversary productions of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s and throughout the United Kingdom) as well as the Auctioneer in the 25th Anniversary Concert at the Royal Albert Hall.
As a producer he and Mr John Owen-Jones tackled the COVID crisis by putting ‘live’ back into theatre with the social distanced songs from the shows event, Voices of the West End at Broadlands Estate and Bywell Park in September 2020.
