The Gift Theatre's KENTUCKY Will Extend Through November

Due to popular demand, The Gift Theatre announced they are adding four additional performances of its hit dark comedy KENTUCKY, extending through Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Theater Wit, 1229 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. Tickets for all performances are available at theaterwit.org, by calling (773) 975-8150 or in person at the Theater Wit Box Office.

Writers Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director Michael Halberstam and Executive Director Kathryn M. Lipuma, adds four performances to the run of Qui Nguyen's Vietgone. The production is directed by Lavina Jadhwani, with original music and music direction by Gabriel Ruiz and choreography by Tommy Rapley. Due to demand, Vietgone now runs through September 29, 2018 in the Alexandra C. and John D. Nichols Theatre at 325 Tudor Court, Glencoe.

Lifeline Theatre Concludes its 30th Season With THE THREE MUSKETEERS, Opening 6/10

Lifeline Theatre presents an adaptation of Alexandre Dumas' The Three Musketeers, by Lifeline Theatre ensemble member Robert Kauzlaric (Non-Equity Jeff Award winner), and directed by 2nd Story Artistic Director Amanda Delheimer Dimond. Kauzlaric's adaptation of The Three Musketeers was originally commissioned by the Illinois Shakespeare Festival in 2010, revised for a 2011 Indiana University production, and will be further developed for its Chicago premiere at Lifeline Theatre. Fourteen actors will play over fifty roles in this epic swashbuckler with fights choreographed by Matt Hawkins.
