Goat is disconsolate. There's a Nativity Scene being mounted for public display at Christmastime. Goat has been shut out of it because there was no goat present at the time of the historical Nativity. Goat's barnyard pal, Pig, has figured out a way for Goat to be the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time) participant in the Christmas festivities this year. Can you guess what Pig has planned for Goat?

A collaboration with Outcast Theatre Collective, The Voices of Truth Festival makes its inaugural debut from Powerstories Theatre’s technology-updated venue on March 10-28, 2021.
Sixteen thought-provoking, conversation-starting productions - fourteen original plays and two curated as the dream productions of its directors - will take three different directions to the virtual stage. The playwrights had a choice to produce their play live-streamed from Powerstories, via Zoom, or as a prerecorded theatre experience.
Little Theatre of Norfolk Presents RED MOON RISING IN THE EAST
The Halloween night 'Blue Moon' full moon turns a different color in November in the Little Theatre of Norfolk video-on-demand production of Red Moon Rising in the East by Roanoke playwright Dwayne Yancey. This one act, one-man play introduces us to the father of the space race, who is an unknown by most Americans.
Eight Plays to Hold Special Showings Raising Mental Illness Awareness
On March 10th at 1pm, the Music Hall at the Dramatists Guild Foundation will serve as host for 'Talking It Out' - a special fundraising event presented by award-winning playwright and producer Anthony J. Piccione - featuring a series of short plays, all revolving around the theme of mental illness, being presented in a minimalist, staged reading format, in the hopes of raising awareness for the issue of mental health awareness.

The New Voice Play Festival, opening today, June 21, provides the opportunity for audiences to witness completely new and original plays from playwrights all across the nation and vote on which play is their favorite. The 13th Annual New Voice Play Festival seeks to showcase four new, rarely performed original one act plays. Plays are submitted year-round to the Old Opera House for consideration. All of the submitted plays are judged by a selection committee during the winter months. Out of the hundreds of shows submitted, four plays are chosen for performance.
