This year, Lefra Productions is presenting the Ray Cooney farce FUNNY MONEY in Afrikaans as MY VROU SE MAN SE LYK SE TAS. One of Cooney's very successful farces from London's West End, this produciton was translated and adapted by Peet van Rensburg and has been directed by Frans Swart. After the recent runaway success of MY VROU SE MAN SE LYK SE TAS at the State Theatre in Pretoria, Lefra and the State Theatre decided to bring back this laugh-a-minute farce for one week only from 14 to 19 May, also announcing the following national tour dates for the show:

This year, Lefra Productions is presenting MY VROU SE MAN SE LYK SE TAS, an Afrikaans translation of the new Ray Cooney farce, FUNNY MONEY. This is one of Cooney's very successful farces from London's West End is being performed for the first time in South Africa in Afrikaans. Peet van Rensburg did the translation and adaptation and Frans Swart is the director.
