Doug Davis is the Founder of The Davis Firm, a preeminent entertainment law firm, a Grammy winning record producer, a multi-Emmy nominated TV & film producer, and the Co-Founder of Tiger Turn, a marquee Jazz and instrumental music label. For 18 years Mr. Davis has been the executive producer of the legendary Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala. Mr. Davis won four Grammys for co-producing, with Kabir Sehgal, the 3x Grammy winning album "American Dreamers", which featured 53 DACA recipient musicians, “The Omni American Book Club” by Brian Lynch and two albums with Arturo O'Farrill & The Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, “Four Questions” featuring Dr. Cornell West and “Fandango At The Wall In New York” featuring The Conga Patria Son Jarocho Collective. Mr. Davis produced the historic “We (LOVE) NYC: The Homecoming Concert” in New York City’s Central Park which drew 65,000 people, executive producing the TV broadcast on CNN to historically high global ratings. Mr. Davis was an Executive Producer, with Ken Ehrlich, of the Emmy-winning, all-star Aretha Franklin Memorial concert and primetime CBS TV special “Aretha! A Grammy Celebration for the Queen of Soul” and the Paramount+ mini-series "Clive Davis: Most Iconic Performances." Mr. Davis was an executive producer of HBO's feature documentary "Fandango at the Wall" celebrating US and Mexico through Mexican folk music. Mr. Davis has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The New Yorker and The New York Post. Mr. Davis was Variety’s 2018 Lawyer of the Year, and Billboard annually proclaims Mr. Davis one of the Top Music Lawyers. The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers have annually recognized Mr. Davis for Music Law, with Best Lawyers naming him 2021 Entertainment Lawyer of the Year for music. US News & World Report continues to name The Davis Firm a Best Law Firm in America, and the UJA named Mr. Davis to its 40 Under 40 list of Industry Leaders. Mr. Davis attended Fordham Law School and the renowned Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Mr. Davis has sat on the boards of the Music For Youth Foundation, the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU and F*ck Cancer. Mr. Davis serves on the Executive Committee of the City Of Hope National Medical Center, the Entertainment & Media Committee of the UJA and the Entertainment Committee for the MMRF Gala. Mr. Davis has received the Music Visionary Award from the UJA, the debra of America Corporate Hero award and the Amsterdam News Entrepreneur Award at its’ 105th Anniversary Gala, and was the honoree of the American Cancer Society’s Riviera Ball.

Another howling success for kids, tweens and families was delivered by the premiere telecast of the Disney Channel Original Movie 'ZOMBIES 2' (Friday, Feb. 14, 8:00 p.m.), which according to Nielsen's Live+7 data is the #1 cable telecast of 2020 to-date (excluding sports/news programming) with nearly 5 million Total Viewers 2+. It was watched by 1.9 million Kids 6-11 viewers (12.56 rating), 1.4 million Girls 6-11 (18.43 rating), 1.6 million Tweens 9-14 (9.98 rating), 1.1 million Girls 9-14 and 4.9 million Total Viewers - higher ratings than its Feb. 2018 predecessor, 'ZOMBIES.' The sequel posted cable television's highest ratings among all Kid and Girl demographics since Disney Channel's premiere of 'Descendants 3' in Aug. 2019. Replays of the movie are strong performers on Disney Channel linear, Video On Demand and DisneyNOW and it ranks in the Top 5 TV Chart on Apple iTunes.
