Dina DiCostanzo is an actress, singer and dancer who performs regularly in and around Chicagoland. Her stage accomplishments include work at Marriott Theatre Lincolnshire, Drury Lanes Oakbrook and Water Tower, Victory Gardens, The Mercury, The Lakeshore, Theatre at the Center, Northlight Theatre, and Capital Rep in Albany NY. She earned a Jeff Award nomination for her performance as Flaemmchen in Grand Hotel at Drury Lane, Water Tower. Dina has appeared in numerous television and print ads for Marshall Fields, The Roomplace, Aurora Health Care, Payless Shoe Source, Cottonelle and more, and has taken on roles in independent film and television productions. She is also the face of the widely acclaimed Love, Lulu Mae line of ARTcessories—designer fashion pieces “for the modern woman with a vintage soul.” Dina teaches social dance (Swing and Charleston), tap, and other dance forms to teens and adults at all levels and choreographs for several schools and community theatres. Her recent achievements include performing as Gabriella in Boeing, Boeing and Shelley in Hairspray at the Drury Lane Oakbrook, Prawn in My One and Only at the Marriott Lincolnshire and playing Cindy Lou Huffington in the cotton-candy pop musical, The Marvelous Wonderettes, with successful runs in Chicago and Albany, New York. Coming up, she'll be at Center Stage Baltimore as Arabella Rittenhouse in Animal Crackers and at Paramount Theatre in Aurora, Il as Anytime Annie in 42nd St! Dina is founder of TheDressingRoommag.com, an online magazine for women in the performing arts. When not working in a stage production or working on the magazine, she can be seen flapping and twirling her pearls as Lola at Tommy Guns Garage, Chicago's longest running dinner theatre review!
