The Lost Treasures Collection, a series of rarely performed musical gems performed in concert/cabaret version on Lakewood Theatre Company's Side Door stage, presents the third offering in its 7th season, How Now, Dow Jones, a musical comedy with music by Academy Award-winner Elmer Bernstein, lyrics by Tony Award nominee Carolyn Leigh and book by Max Shulman.

Common Ground Theatre (www.cgtheatre.com) is a performance and teaching space located in west Durham, offering performing arts and educational groups a flexible, well-equipped alternative space. The Theatre provides a convenient venue for Triangle audiences to experience the diversity of our area's arts and educational offerings. All events listed will be held at Common Ground Theatre. Burning Coal Theatre Company, a small professional theatre based in Raleigh, North Carolina announces its upcoming production of the American premiere of The Shape of the Table by playwright David Edgar, directed by Jerome Davis. The production will run April 7 - 24, 2011 at the Murphey School, 224 Polk Street, Raleigh. Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.

La Jolla Playhouse announces a new family-friendly Page To Stage Workshop Production: Cankerblossom, conceived and created by Pig Iron Theatre Company, directed by Dan Rothenberg, with cartoonist/puppeteer Beth Nixon, music by Rosie Langabeer, set and animation by Mimi Lien, lighting by James Clotfelter, video projection by Josh Higgason, and performed by Hinako Arao, Beth Nixon, David Sweeney and Alex Torra. Cankerblossom will run August 12 - 15, 2010 in the Mandell Weiss Forum, with performances Thursday, August 12 at 7:00 pm; Friday, August 13 at 7:00 pm; Saturday, August 14 at 2:30 pm and 7:00 pm and Sunday, August 15 at 2:30 pm. Tickets are $25 for adults; $20 for subscribers and $15 for children 12 and under.
