Cast and crew were announced today for Citadel Theatre Company's November-December production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's musical JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, according to founding Artistic Director Scott Phelps. The production will be directed by Robert D.
