Jesse Scott Robertson Releases 'The Cyber Claus' for Less Fortunate Children
Photographer and Filmmaker David Mcintyre has published his first book with Jesse Scott Robertson New York. It's A kiddy thriller with the beloved and somewhat confused cyborg Meenie Me-First playing the villain and stealing Christmas.
Story Synopsis: When Jack and Holly send Santa a letter asking him to help their dog Tinsel they have no idea of the world of trouble they are about to unleash... You see...
'Santa's been kidnapped, the season's been cursed,
By a cyborg who's known as Meenie Me-First.'
Thus begins 'The Cyber Claus' a modern Christmas adventure for Kids aged 4 to 104. Published for Amazon Kindle it's a totally modern take on the classic 'Christmas has been stolen' theme. And because the spirit of Christmas is all about giving, McIntyre is donating a dollar for every book sold to children's charities, including Toys for Tots in the US and Children in Need in the UK.
Meenie explains why he kidnapped Santa.
'Santa meant well but he lived in the past.
His seasonal madness could never last.
Making toys every day without a penny of pay
Then along comes Christmas, and he gives them away!
What was he thinking? He got nothing back.
Just give,
Give,
Give...
So I gave him the sack.'
This is McIntyre's first book although he argues it's not his first attempt at story telling. 'Every picture and music video I've every made tries to tells a story!'
David McIntyre was born in Scotland and now resides in New York City with his wife Kelley and two sons Rhys & Logan. As a fashion photographer he has worked around the world for many of the most prestigious magazines and fashion brands.
