Philharmonia Orchestra Announces Second Half of First Year's Residency at Cromwell Place
Following a successful collaboration during London Art Week and the first four concerts of the residency from September to November 2022, the Philharmonia and Cromwell Place have announced the programme for the second half of the residency from January - June 2023. Members of the Philharmonia have formed ensembles and selected music to reflect the themes of the changing exhibitions at Cromwell Place.

For its 70th anniversary season, Lakewood Theatre Company in Lake Oswego, Oregon will be presenting a reprise of the first show ever done by the company; the classic comedy Blithe Spirit by Sir Noël Coward. Filled with witty repartee, the play is a spirited farce about a British novelist whose home is haunted by a mischievous ghost.

It's hard to imagine why this gem of a show had such a short Broadway run, but it is finding new life in regional productions, not the least of which opened here at South Portland's Lyric Music Theater this past weekend. Directed by Mary Meserve with sparkling choreography by Raymond Marc Dumont and featuring a large cast with strong vocal-dramatic abilities, anchored by Eric Berry-Sandelin's charismatic performance as Frank Abagnale, Jr., this is a delight not to be missed!
