David Coffman is the Managing Director of Sundance Productions Inc. Under the leadership of David Coffman as Managing Director, the company takes particular pride in working with the most creative and successful production teams in theatre today, including; current theatrical licensing deals for Cats and Rock Of Ages in Mexico City, Queen Esther Marrow’s Harlem Gospel Singers, and the international touring production of West Side Story. Previous productions and associations include: Tanguera, Grease, Latin Heat, Alvin Alley American Dance Theatre and the Martha Graham Dance Company. Worldwide Sundance works in association with its parent company - BB Promotion GmbH - one of the largest commercial theatrical producing and touring companies in Europe
David Coffman's theatrical productions include Co-Conceived and Produced the hit Latino musical 4 Guys Named José from its inception to the commercial Off Broadway run in NYC. Conceived and produced the stage musical Blackbirds of Broadway which played to great success in theatres across the U.S., The Montreal Jazz Festival and two commercial European tours.
David Coffman currently runs the New York Offices for Nordiska ApS which is the largest theatrical licensing agency in Scandinavia representing a comprehensive list of international plays and musicals for live stage production in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Norway and Iceland. Each year they license rights for countless theatre productions.
