BIO

David has appeared at two Tony Award- winning theatres: Houston's Alley Theatre (The Great Society) and the Dallas Theater Center (The Trials of Sam Houston and Hairspray). In addition, he just appeared as Horace Vandergelder in Hello, Dolly! at Casa Manana where he made his professional theatrical debut 50 years ago! David wishes to thank Jon Kimbell for casting him in this production in 1992. David first appeared in a concert version of the story while still in high school in 1973. In college, he played a number of characters in a radio production. Two national tours, 1 production at the Dallas Theater Center, 1 production at Seacoast Rep and 25 seasons at NSMT (where he has become known as a "New England tradition") round out his connection to this special tale.
