To celebrate the release of his solo piano album 'Light of a New Day', New York theatre musician Brandon Sturiale will be giving a free concert at 7pm Tuesday night, Dec. 9th, in Penthouse 1 at Shetler Studios, 244 W. 54th St. in Manhattan.

Connor Russell (Disney's Aladdin world premiere), star of THE HINTERLANDS, was nominated for 'Best Male Performance in a Drama.' Danny Larsen and Michelle Elliott, the co-creators of the show, were nominated for 'Best Writing (Drama).' Mr. Larsen was also nominated for 'Best Cinematography.' The IAWTV Awards recognize the best in original online programming and honor the content creators driving today's rapidly evolving digital entertainment industry. Country Music Parody The Doyle & Debbie Show to Debut at the New Century Theatre, 2/22-3/30
The Doyle & Debbie Show, the spot-on, critically acclaimed country music parody that simultaneously lampoons and pays homage to the genre's tradition of iconic duos, makes its Minneapolis debut February 22-March 30, 2014 at Hennepin Theatre Trust's New Century Theatre. THE HINTERLANDS, a free musical web series about teenage gay bullying, officially launched on October 28, 2013 at a special event held at The New 42nd Street Studios. At the event, special guest speaker James Clementi of The Tyler Clementi Foundation shared some touching words about his younger brother Tyler and underscored the importance of being a light for young people who were struggling with thoughts of suicide. Connor Russell (Disney's Aladdin world premiere), star of THE HINTERLANDS, performed "Like It Here," a song from the fifth episode of the series. Katie Thompson (GIANT), backed by 13 students from the Professional Performing Arts School in Midtown, sang "Worthy," which will be part of the sixth episode of THE HINTERLANDS. Prospect Theater Company presents its annual gala, 2013's Spring Soiree, in the Harbor View Room at Battery Gardens, a beautiful and unique waterside location nestled at the southernmost corner of Battery Park. This special one-night only event will be held on Monday, May 6 from 6pm - 10:30pm, with an 8pm concert performance, to feature performances by Broadway friends as well as Prospect stars! Guests will be treated to a sneak peek of songs from upcoming 2013 - 2014 Prospect productions, as well as encore performances from previous Prospect shows. The evening's line up of writers includes work by Sam Carner and Derek Gregor, Marisa Michelson and Joshua H. Cohen, Peter Mills, and Ryan Scott Oliver, among others.
