Is currently directing and designing PETER AND THE STARCATCHER for Keystone Theatrics at Allenberry Playhouse. He has been involved with Open Stage of Harrisburg for many years, appearing in AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY, ANGELS IN AMERICA (1&2), THE GLASS MENAGERIE, 8, BURN THIS, WHEN SHE DANCED, GROSS INDECENCY, THE BEAUTY QUEEN OF LENANNE, twice directed their production of THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK and recently designed AH, WILDERNESS! For Theatre Harrisburg he has directed their productions of THE WHIPPING MAN, THE MAN WHO KILLED THE CURE, LEND ME A TENOR, LEADING LADIES, MISTER ROBERTS, THE DINING ROOM, LOVE LETTERS, DRACULA, and the holiday radio plays: MERRY CHRISTMAS GEORGE BAILEY, THE BISHOP'S WIFE, and MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET. He has also appeared in their productions of GREATER TUNA, THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST, GREAT EXPECTATIONS, THE LION IN WINTER, A FEW GOOD MEN, THE HEIDI CHRONICLES, THE SISTERS ROSENSWEIG, and more! He has also performed with Gamut Theatre in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM and ROMEO AND JULIET. Other favorite directing credits include: MR HOBBS' VACATION for Gretna Theatre, REASONS TO BE PRETTY, 1984, GODSPELL, VERONICA’S ROOM, THE MISER, THE AMERICAN DREAM, DAMN YANKEES, JON DOE, SNOOPY, THE SECRET OF THE SPYGLASS, ORPHANS, THE ACTOR’S NIGHTMARE, and THE PLAYWRIGHT’S NIGHTMARE. Dave currently works as the resident scenic designer/theatre instructor at HACC and is a founding member of the Harrisburg Area Theatre Alliance (HATA).
