Harold Prince & Susan Stroman to Direct THE PRINCE OF BROADWAY Revue; Toronto First
Lead producers Aubrey Dan, Martyn Hayes and Peter W. Lamb for Dancap Productions Inc., have announced the creative team for PRINCE OF BROADWAY, a new musical celebrating legendary Broadway director and producer Harold 'Hal' Prince. PRINCE OF BROADWAY is in development now, aiming for a Toronto production in the summer of 2012, prior to opening on Broadway that fall.

At a press conference held June 7 at the Young Centre for the Performing Arts, the Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts (TAPA) announced 171 nominations for 197 eligible productions that opened between June 1, 2010 and May 31, 2011 for the 32nd annual Dora Mavor Moore Awards which honour excellence in the performing arts in Toronto.

New Cast Joins Kushnier in Toronto JERSEY BOYS
Today Dancap Productions announces the new cast for the Canadian production of JERSEY BOYS. The new cast includes: Derek Krantz as Bob Gaudio, Jeremy Kushnier continuing in the role of Tommy DeVito, Michael Lomenda as Nick Massi, and Jeff Madden in the role of Frankie Valli, plus Timothy Sell in the role of Gyp DeCarlo and Shawn Wright in the role of Bob Crewe. Performances begin Friday, December 12, 2008 at the Toronto Centre for the Arts (5040 Yonge Street).
