1953. Eccentric English poet, Dr. Edith Sitwell is in Hollywood working on a blockbuster movie script for George Cukor about the Tudors. She meets rising young film star, Marilyn Monroe who yearns for a break out role. Sitwell holds the key with Anne Boleyn. But in a battle of supreme egos, who will let her get her hands on such a great part?
