Brooklyn-based Super Wings NY is set to be featured on Bobby Dean's Not My Mama's Meals on the Cooking Channel, Wednesday, January 16th, at 9:00 pm EDT. In the episode, Super Wing's CEO Colette Cyrus-Burnett whips up a batch of her world famous Bajan Merry Mango wing sauce. Bobby, the son of Paula Deen, and Colette work side-by-side simmering traditional Caribbean ingredients, including mango, to create the delicious sauce.

Events of the day included music and dance performances, a marketplace, film screenings, an economic development power brunch and a tasting of Caribbean food.
