The Movement Introduces DANCE WITH A STAR Featuring Broadway Guest Teachers

The Movement, a nonprofit organization committed to making dance free and accessible to all, has announced a new dance series, Dance with a Star, featuring five Broadway guest dancers: Garett Hawe, Drew Minard, Colby Lindeman, Ronnie S. Bowman, Jr., and Curtis Holland, to teach FREE classes throughout New York City in March.
MSA Launches Online Broadway Intensive

McDonald/Selznick Associates (MSA) is producing a unique Broadway Dance experience for elite dancers from teens to early-career professionals. The live, interactive, online intensive will stream worldwide from the New York office of MSA September 18, 19, and 20.
MR. MAGOO'S CHRISTMAS CAROL Benefits the Actors' Fund Tonight; Additional Casting Announced!

Additional casting has been announced for the one-night only concert presentation of the holiday classic Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol on Monday, December 16 at 7:30 pm at the Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College (524 W. 59th St.). The evening will be directed by Carl Andress with choreography by Nathan Peck, based on original choreography by Marcos Santana. Grammy Award and Emmy Award-winner John McDaniel has written new orchestrations for the score and will serve at the evening's music director, conducting a 28 piece on stage orchestra.
Breaking: THE CHER SHOW Will Close on Broadway This Summer

Today it was announced that The Cher Show on Broadway will play its final performance on August 18, 2019 following 34 previews and 296 regular performances. The National Tour will launch in Rochester, NY in October 2020.
