The 13th Street Repertory Theatre Presents WASTE, FRAUD, AND ABUSE
Anticipating the outcome of Election 2016, many are eyeing exit routes to other countries. Waste, Fraud and Abuse offers another universe. Don't worry; the corruption, cynicism and banality are still there, but while our country's election features base vapidity, racism and hectoring, this rollicking musical, running for three weekends in October (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8 p.m., October 6-8, 13-15, 20-22) features wit, satire and clever songs.

With thousands upon thousands of Broadway cast albums, there are many themes, lyrics and song titles that are reminiscent of each other. More and more, I'm finding myself drawn to them. I find myself amazed and amused by the similarities, and that is how the twitter hashtag #BwaySongMashup came to be.
