BIO
Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Christopher now resides in New York City and Los Angeles. He trained as an opera singer at the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Tanglewood Music Center (under the baton of James Levine) and several young artists program including Glimmerglass YAAP.
Christopher recently played the role of Magaldi on the 1st National Broadway Tour of Evita.
Christopher was part of the 7-time, Tony Award winning Lincoln Center production of “South Pacific” that toured the U.S. and Canada. Reprising the role of Lt. Cable at Ogunquit Playhouse landed him a nomination for Broadway World Boston’s “Best Actor” award.
Christopher continues to serve as a guest soloist for many orchestras including the Boston Pops, Houston Symphony, Long Beach Symphony, Indianapolis Symphony and most recently the Omaha Symphony’s “The Wizard and I: An Evening of Stephen Schwartz” alongside Julia Murney, Jennifer Laura Thompson, Darius De Haas.
Other collaborations include numerous roles with Lyric Opera San Diego, The Mark Morris Dance Group and Carnegie Hall.
TV appearances include: “All My Children”, “Watch What’s Happening LIVE”, and “Personal Justice.”
