A native of Ohio, Christopher Calhoun is a professional stage and screen actor, singer, and dancer having trained at New York City's premiere performing arts college, The American & Musical & Dramatic Academy. Additionally, Christopher holds a bachelor's degree from NOVA Southeastern University, having majored in political science and minored in criminal justice.
Christopher has performed in productions all over the United States, where he has performed along side Broadway veterans Frank Wildhorn, Stephen Schwartz, Marc Shaiman, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Linda Eder, Christine Ebersole, and many others. In addition to living in New York City, Christopher regularly performs throughout the state of Florida, as he also has residences in Tampa Bay and South Florida. When in Florida, Christopher teaches audition prep and musical theatre performance to children and young adults at Delray Beach Playhouse in partnership with BARCLAY Performing Arts, in Delray Beach, Florida, while occasionally teaching musical theatre dance.
Christopher will embark on his first solo concert tour, "Finding Wonderland: A Concert," which will launch in the Summer of 2023 and travel to FL, OH, PA, NJ, MA, CA, TN, and NY.
