Company Of Fools Cancels 25th Anniversary Season Amidst COVID-19 Concerns
Company of Fools, the professional theatre arm of Sun Valley Museum of Art, announced today the cancellation of all programming for its 25th Anniversary Season due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic health precautions, actor safety concerns and community feedback. The Fools will plan to reopen in 2021 with a full offering of live performance experiences.
Sun Valley Museum of Art Has Canceled All Public Gatherings
In order to act collectively to slow the spread of COVID-19, Sun Valley Museum of Art (SVMoA) and Company of Fools (CoF), have opted to cancel all organized public gatherings (concerts, openings, classes) through Saturday, April 18. SVMoA's top priority is the health and well-being of the Wood River Valley community.
Sun Valley Center Names Scott Palmer, New Producing Artistic Director of Company of Fools
The Sun Valley Center for the Arts is thrilled to announce that Scott Palmer has been hired as the new Producing Artistic Director of Company of Fools. In his new role, Scott will lead the artistic direction of the Hailey-based professional theatre company and serve on The Center's executive leadership team, reporting to Executive Director Christine Davis-Jeffers.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA I just experienced at the Kennedy Center renewed my faith in the show: it is a delight for all the senses, possesses dazzling stagecraft, and is performed by a cast that mines the romance, danger, and intrigue from the story and score. I declare this production a dream come true. Chris Mann, formerly a contestant on THE VOICE headlines the show in the title role, performing with mystery and power. His Christine on the night I attended, Kaitlyn Davis, was stunning, as well.
