BIO

Belfast born and raised, Christina trained at the Guildford School of Acting. In addition to creating Raven in Bat Out Of Hell, her theatre credits include; Kim in the West End revival of Show Boat, Johanna in Sweeney Todd at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester and Derby Theatre, Marilyn in A Christmas Carol at the Birmingham Rep and the UK tours of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma! and musical comedy The Smallest Show On Earth. Catch her in upcoming feature film Falling For Figaro.



Christina has received much praise from critics and fans alike for her outstanding performance as Raven, a role she originated when the show premiered at London’s Coliseum in 2017, winning the Evening Standard’s ‘Best Musical’ award that year. Broadway World said: ‘Christina Bennington is ravishing. She unleashes a full, mixed belt that can quickly shift to a pure, balanced soprano. Her voice drops jaws.’
