Christina Anthony

CHRISTINA ANTHONY is a veteran writer/performer from the Chicago comedy scene. She is best known for her work opposite Kristen Bell in genre-bending Netflix hit THE WOMAN IN THE HOUSE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE GIRL IN THE WINDOW as well as the ABC comedy MIXED-ISH as Aunt Denise. She is an alum of the Second City Chicago's resident e.t.c. stage where she co-wrote three original sketch revues and performed thousands of shows for Chicago audiences. As a writer, her archived work tours the world in The Second City National touring company and her original comedy pilot was a finalist in the TBS & Refinery29 RIOT Comedy Writers Lab.

As an improviser and vocalist, she was most recently seen off-Broadway in Found at the Atlantic Theatre and Philadelphia Theatre. At the Hubbard Street Dance Chicago + Second City's The Art of Falling at the Ahmanson (LA) and The Harris Theater (Chicago).

She was nominated for a Joseph Jefferson Award for Actress in a Revue for her performance in the revue, "The Absolute Best Friggin Time of Your Life," at the Second City Theatre e.t.c. in Chicago, Illinois.
