BWW Review: THE TALENTED MR. RIPLEY, Wilton's Music Hall
Tom Ripley is struggling to make a living in New York City. When he's approached by Herbert Greenleaf - shipping magnate and father to an old university acquaintance of his - he sets sail for Italy to convince his son Dickie, whose friendship he exaggerates greatly, to go back to the US and join the family business. There, he gets a taste of the life of luxury afforded by the Greenleafs and a string of lies, deception, and scams kicks off.
Jasmyn Banks Joins Cast Of Torben Betts' CAROLINE'S KITCHEN
Jasmyn Banks and Tom England will join the previously announced Caroline Langrishe, Aden Gillett, James Sutton and Elizabeth Boag in the 2019 national tour of Torben Betts's biting comedy, CAROLINE'S KITCHEN, beginning on 24 January 2019 at Derby Theatre, running through to 13 April 2019 at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester. This will be followed by an off-Broadway season in New York Spring 2019. There will be a national press night at Cambridge Arts Theatre on Tuesday 29 January 2019.
Torben Betts' CAROLINE'S KITCHEN to Embark on UK Tour
Torben Betts's biting comedy, CAROLINE'S KITCHEN, was staged earlier this year on tour and at Park Theatre, London, under the title Monogamy, starring Janie Dee. Betts and his producers, Original Theatre Company, under the Artistic Direction of Alastair Whatley, have reworked the play and, with a new cast led by Caroline Langrishe, Aden Gillett, James Sutton and Elizabeth Boag (further casting to be announced), will begin a new national tour on 24 January 2019 at Derby Theatre, running through to 13 April 2019 at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester. This will be followed by an off-Broadway season in New York Spring 2019.

Doo-Wop Musical LIFE COULD BE A DREAM Wraps Up CRT's Summer Season
Cortland Repertory Theatre closes their 46th annual summer season of professional live theatre with the regional premiere of the fun and funny doo-wop musical, "Life Could Be a Dream". Written and created by Roger Bean with musical arrangements by Roger Bean and Jon Newton, the show features some of the greatest pop hits of the 1950's and '60's. Performances will run for three weeks, from August 30 - September 16 with evening show times at 7:30. Matinees are available on September 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 10th and 13th at 2:00 PM. Tickets may be purchased by calling 800-427-6160 or at the CRT Box Office at 24 Port Watson Street in Cortland. Set amidst the social turbulence of 1960s London, the play follows the story of Susy, a blind woman who, left alone in her apartment, becomes the victim of an elaborate scam hatched by a group of conmen. Susy is left to fend for herself, and eventually finds a way to turn the tables on the conmen and give them a taste of life in the dark.
Full Cast Announced for Tour of WAIT UNTIL DARK
Graeme Brookes and Tim Treloar will play Croker and Roat respectively in Frederick Knott's thriller, WAIT UNTIL DARK. They join the previously announced Jack Ellis as Mike, Karina Jones as Susy and Oliver Mellor as Sam Henderson. Shannon Rewcroft and Thomas McCarron complete the cast as Gloria and Policeman.
