Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, continues its 2017/18 Season with Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest, directed by Michael Cumpsty. Performances play Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, through Sunday, December 3. The opening night performance is tonight, November 17 at 7pm.

BWW Review: The Engeman's GOD OF CARNAGE
Having seen a previous less-than-stellar local production of Yasmina Reza's Tony winning play God Of Carnage, I'm thrilled that Long Island's John W. Engeman Theatre has added it to their season this year. Leave it to The Engeman to redeem a show. This intelligent and well-executed incarnation runs through March 6th at the gorgeous Northport venue.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater and Women's Project Theater present the world premiere of The Undeniable Sound of Right Now, written by Laura Eason (S e x with Strangers,'House of Cards') and directed by Kirsten Kelly (Slipping), beginning tonight, March 19 at 7pm at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, 224 Waverly Place, west of Seventh Avenue South. Opening night is set for Thursday, April 2 at 7pm. The production is set to run through Saturday, May 2.

Huntington Theatre Company Announces VENUS IN FUR Special Events
In conjunction with its upcoming production of David Ives' sexy Broadway hit comedy Venus in Fur, Huntington Theatre Company will host a number of special post-show conversations and fun experiences. Stage & Screen, a collaboration between Coolidge Corner Theatre and Huntington Theatre Company that explores the depictions of shared themes in Huntington productions and acclaimed films continues its second season of collaboration on Monday, January 6 at 7pm with Secretary starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader.
