Eric Bogosian has been cast in Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire as “Daniel Molloy,” a journalist nearing the end of his career who’s given a second chance at the interview of a lifetime. Based on Anne Rice’s novel, the series follows Louis de Pointe, Lestat De Lioncourt and Claudia’s epic story of love, blood and the perils of immortality.

A further 15 theatres in the UK have received vital support from the national public advisory body for theatres, bringing the total helped through its Theatre Reopening Fund to 35. Offering grants of up to £5,000, the fund supports not-for-profit theatres of all sizes and heritages across the country to meet the costs of reopening safely in light of Covid-19.

Aberdeen Arts Centre, Corn Exchange Newbury, Hampton Hill Theatre in Richmond, Joseph Rowntree Theatre in York, Lichfield Garrick, Lowther Pavilion in Lancashire, Lowestoft’s Marina Theatre, New Cut Arts in Suffolk, Oldbury Rep in the West Midlands, Seaford Musical Theatre in East Sussex and West Cliff Theatre in Clacton will also receive and benefit from this essential funding.
