BIO

Cerridwyn McCaffrey graduated with an Acting BFA from Boston University in May. She just finished working on her first professional NYC show, 'Trojan Women', with The New Collectives. Recent roles include Laura in 'The Labyrinth of Desire', Duke Orsino in 'Twelfth Night', and she originated the roles of Beth in 'Equal Writes' and Yasia in 'Sickle' at Boston University. Atlantic For Kids Announces Additional Performances Of THIS GIRL LAUGHS, THIS GIRL CRIES, THIS GIRL DOES NOTHING

Atlantic for Kids (Atlantic Theater Company Artistic Director, Neil Pepe; Atlantic Theater Company Managing Director, Jeffory Lawson; Atlantic Acting School Executive Director, Mary McCann; Atlantic for Kids Artistic Director, Alison Beatty) has added two public performances of This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing, a play by Finegan Kruckemeyer with original music by Nate Weida. Directed by Alison Beatty and Tom Costello, performances will now conclude on Sunday, March 11th, 2018 at Atlantic Theater Company's Linda Gross Theater (336 West 20th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues).
The New Collectives Opens THE TROJAN WOMEN Tonight

As the final production of The New Collectives' 2017 season, The Trojan Women continues the season mission of giving back both artistically and financially. Donations will be collected for UNHCR - The UN Refugee Agency and Bond Street Theatre at the show through the sale of pins featuring text from the play.

A story of women's strength, hope, and community as their lives are uprooted. This modern translation of an ancient play by Irish poet Brendan Kennelly, provides a lens through which to view the issues facing refugee women in today's world.
