Cedric Neal most recently was a Semifinalist on "The Voice UK" 2019 Series. He made his West End debut as Berry Gordy in the original London cast of "Motown- The Musical." Neal was featured as The Arbiter in the first revival of "Chess" at London's Coliseum.
Other London credits include Jesus Christ Superstar at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, the European premiere of 21 Chump Street at the Courtyard Theatre, ‘Willie’ in the Soho Theatre premiere of The View Upstairs, the critically acclaimed concert staging of Martin Smith's musical King, portraying the legendary civil rights leader Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Cy Coleman's revue - Rhythm Of Life (St. James Theatre), and a turn as Sporting Life in Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's Olivier Nominated production of The Gershwins' Porgy And Bess. Broadway credits include the Tony Nominated After Midnight (Director/Choreographer- Warren Carlyle) and the 2012 Tony Winning revival of The Gershwins' Porgy And Bess (Director- Diane Paulus.). Mr. Neal was an original member of the Brierley Resident Acting Company at the Dallas Theater Center, where he starred in productions of The Who's Tommy (Tommy), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Puck), A Christmas Carol (Christmas Past), Death Of A Salesman (Happy Loman), and as Billy Lyons in the World Premiere of the musical Stagger Lee.
His American Regional Theatre credits include - Pollard Theatre (Oklahoma), Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Signature Theatre (Arlington, VA), Zach Theatre (Austin, TX), American Repertory Theatre (Cambridge, MA), Uptown Players, WaterTower Theatre, Theatre Three, Jubilee Theatre, Dallas Children's Theatre (Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas)

Cedric studied Classical Vocal Performance at the prestigious Eastman School of Music (Rochester, NY.) His training also includes the Interlochen Arts Academy, and he's a proud graduate of Booker T. Washington HSPVA (Dallas, Texas.) Awards include - Helen Hayes Award (Outstanding Supporting Actor- Dreamgirls), Texas Legacy Of Success; Leon Rabin Award (Outstanding Supporting Actor - Tick, tick...BOOM) Cedric is featured on the Original Cast Recording of The Gershwins' Porgy And Bess as The Crabman.
