SEUSSICAL Comes to Theatre in the Park in December
Tony winners, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Lucky Stiff, My Favorite Year, Once on This Island, Ragtime), have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo. The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos.
KSU Bailey School Of Music To Present KRISTALLNACHT COMMEMORATION
Kennesaw State University's Dr. Bobbie Bailey School of Music (BSOM), in partnership with KSU Museum of History and Holocaust Education (MHHE) and The Breman Museum, will present 'Kristallnacht Commemoration' on Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in Morgan Concert Hall in the Dr. Bobbie Bailey & Family Performance Center.

Theatre in the Park (TIP) opens its 51st season with the Kansas City premiere of the smash Broadway hit a?oeBe More Chilla??. a?oeBe More Chilla?? opens at TIP INDOORS on March 20 and runs through April 5 in the Black Box Theatre at the Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center.
Bookworks Presents Today's Shelf Awareness for Readers
A child's comfort level at school is directly related to knowing what's expected. Often, it can feel like an alien place, as Sue Ganz-Schmidt's Planet Kindergarten so aptly describes, with illustrations by Shane Prigmore that depict classmates literally as aliens.
