Fantel produced two Carbonell Awards ceremonies and continues to serve as Music Director for the annual awards gala. She has performed with Andrea Bocelli and Broadway’s Beth Malone, Liz Callaway, Lorna Luft, Tovah Feldshuh, Lee Roy Reams, Daisy Eagan, Liz Larsen, John Bolton and others. Fantel, the Music Coordinator/Music Director for the Department of Theatre and Dance at Florida Atlantic University, is also an audition and college prep coach, workshop presenter, private instructor, and Broward County Cultural Council member. She composed the music for the one-act musical Fish Head Soup, and is collaborating on a number of solo cabaret shows.
