Gibney Announces IMAGINING DIGITAL Spring 2023 Season
From January 17 through May 24, Imagining Digital features seven online events, as well as the continuation of Imagining: A Gibney Journal, a bimonthly online publication. Black Diaspora, a virtual, peer support program serving up-and-coming, Black and Afro-Latinx-identified dance and performance artists from various cultural backgrounds and aesthetic traditions, also continues February 11 – June 12 with nine sessions, including co-presentations in the 2023 BlackLight Summit.
Dance/NYC Announces Dance Industry Census
The dance service organization Dance/NYC has announced the launch of the Dance Industry Census, a first-of-its-kind effort to count every individual dance worker, dance-related business, and organization based in the metropolitan New York City area which includes the five boroughs, Westchester, Rockland, Nassau, and Suffolk counties in New York state; and Hudson and Bergen counties in New Jersey.
Dance/NYC Announces Recipients Of New York City Dance Rehearsal Space Subsidy Program
The service organization Dance/NYC has announced recipients of the New York City Dance Rehearsal Space Subsidy Program. Administered by Dance/NYC and made possible by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the program offers support over a 36-month period to 15 NYC-based organizations in order to provide subsidized rates for dance rehearsal space.

MainStage Irving-Las Colinas will continue its 2016-17 Razzle Dazzle season with the Tim Firth comedy CALENDAR GIRLS. The production runs March 17 through April 1, 2017, at the Irving Arts Center's Dupree Theater (3333 N. MacArthur Blvd., Irving, TX 75062). All evening performances are at 7:30 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 2:30 p.m. Single tickets range from $19-28 and are on sale now at the Irving Arts Center Box Office (972.252.2787/ www.irvingartscenter.com). Ticket discounts are available for seniors and students.
