Submissions Open For The Jilline Ringle Solo Performance Program
Submissions are being accepted for The Jilline Ringle Solo Performance Program at 1812 Productions. Now in its 14th year, The Jilline Ringle Solo Performance Program supports female solo artists with week-long residencies and small grant awards. The Program was founded in 2005 in honor of beloved Philadelphia theatre performer Jilline Ringle. The deadline for submissions is Friday, May 17th.
Holiday Musical THE CAROLS Returns To 1812 Productions For Two Nights Only
1812 Productions is pleased to present a two-night only concert performance of its original holiday musical, The Carols, written by Jennifer Childs and Monica Stephenson. The Carols premiered at 1812 Productions in December 2016 and returns for this special concert performance featuring original cast members Rachel Camp, Caroline Dooner, Emily Kleimo, and T.J. Harris. 1812 Productions continues its 20th anniversary season with The Carols, an original musical set in the small town of Picatinny, NJ during World War II. It's Christmastime in 1943 and the local VFW is empty. The community waits for their loved ones to return from foreign battlefields and no one is particularly interested in the Hall's annual performance of A Christmas Carol.

1812 Productions is pleased to begin its 20th anniversary season with JillineFest, commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Jilline Ringle Solo Performance Program. JillineFest is a week-long showcase of original works by female solo artists who are past residents of the Jilline Ringle Solo Performance Program. JillineFest will also feature opening and closing cabaret events starring many artists who were both friends and stage-partners of Ms. Ringle.

The award will be bestowed upon Composer and Lyricist Stephen Sondheim, who will accept the award at a ticketed ceremony and concert, which is a fundraising benefit for the Arden's extensive educational and outreach programs. Composer and Lyricist Jason Robert Brown will present Mr. Sondheim with the award.
