Steps on Broadway Announces Passing of Founder Carol Paumgarten
Steps on Broadway, the internationally recognized dance training center, announced today that its Founder, Carol Paumgarten, passed away on Thursday evening, September 24, 2020, after a long illness. She leaves behind her husband, Nicholas, her sons, Nicholas, Jr. and Alexander, and four grandchildren.

It was announced today that The Radio City Rockettes will open this year's Chita Rivera Awards with a show stopping performance of 'New York, New York.' The Rockettes history with Chita Rivera dates back more than 30 years when the renowned precision dance company performed alongside Rivera in the 1988 tour of Can-Can.
Steps On Broadway Welcomes New Owner And Director
Steps on Broadway, the internationally-recognized dance training center now in its 39th year, announced today that it has reached an agreement with Joe Lanteri for him to become co-owner of Steps and take the role of executive director. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the month. Carol Paumgarten, who founded the company, will partner with Lanteri to develop and execute the vision and direction to take Steps forward into its next forty years.
