Bethel Woods Concert Announces Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot in The Event Gallery
Referred to as "Billy Joel's Right Hand Piano Man" (Billboard), Mike DelGuidice, a long-time member of Billy Joel's band, will perform the music of Billy Joel with his band Big Shot in the intimate, indoor Event Gallery at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts on Saturday, May 5 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets go on-sale to the general public Wednesday, February 14th at 10:00 a.m. at www.BethelWoodsCenter.org.

Performances will take place Tuesday - Saturday at 8:45pm. Reservations made by phone at 212.744.1600 are $75 ($125 for premium seating, $55 for bar seating) Tuesday - Thursday; and $85 ($135 for premium seating, $65 for bar seating) on Friday and Saturday. Alexa Ray Joel Returning to Cafe Carlyle in October
Cafe Carlyle is pleased to welcome back Alexa Ray Joel for a two-week engagement, October 20-31. Reviewing a previous engagement at the Cafe, The New York Times called Joel, daughter of music legend Billy Joel and supermodel Christie Brinkley, "a singer following her own heart," adding, "Her original work… is firmly grounded in a pop tradition in which streams converge, from gospel to Tin Pan Alley. The songs are bluntly melodic, lyrically direct and catchy." Since she was 15, Joel has been writing complete songs and complementing those songs with piano accompaniment, and writing poetry. At Cafe Carlyle, Alexa Ray Joel will perform original material in addition to giving her signature style to a set of popular songs. She'll be accompanied by Carmine Giglio on piano.
