The Cinema Audio Society announces its nominees in seven categories. Oscar-nominated production sound mixer Peter J. Devlin CAS (Black Panther, Wakanda Forever) will be lauded with the CAS Career Achievement Award. Alejandro González Iñárritu (BARDO, The Revenant, Birdman) will be honored as the 2023 CAS Filmmaker of the Year.

jpeg Productions is now selling tickets for its inaugural play, written by Joey Povinelli. The show is also doubling as a display for new works by visual artist, Sathya (can be found on Instagram under the handle @bbavaria). The show previously had a reading at Marymount Manhattan College and The Bootleg Theater last December.
dvsn Release Fiery New Music Video 'Mood'
OVO Sound R&B duo, dvsn, have shared sultry new visuals for their new track 'Mood'. The song is taken off the dvsn's sophomore album, Morning After, released earlier this month. The video, directed by LeSean Harris, shows a women getting ready for a a special visitor (dvsn singer, Daniel Daley) and has a special appearance from Carlos Ramirez, who is known from his role as Pedro in Napoleon Dynamite.
