Sing For Hope Pianos Launch In New Orleans This Weekend
Sing for Hope Pianos will take over the arts scene throughout the city of New Orleans, once again encouraging live music throughout the community. Debuting March 25th, Sing for Hope will display 11 Sing for Hope Pianos painted by local New Orleans artists which will be unveiled at the New Orleans Jazz Museum.

The beloved Sing for Hope Pianos will return to 28 Liberty Plaza on Friday, June 3 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with 10 artist-designed pianos for all to enjoy. This one-day-only special event is designed to encourage everyone, from professional musicians to novices and everyone in between, to exercise their musical creativity and share “pop-up” moments of spontaneous music-making and improvised harmony.

Sing For Hope Holds Veterans Day Live Virtual Concert For Seniors And Families
Sing for Hope yesterday presented a Veterans Day concert for residents of its partner nursing homes and township senior centers, which include hundreds of U.S. military veterans. The live-streamed concert, titled 'Celebrating Our Red, White & Blue: Veterans Day Through the Years,' featured rousing performances by participating artists including 2020 Grammy-winning baritone John Brancy, noted pianist Peter Dugan, and renowned jazz violinist and MacArthur 'Genius' Award winner Regina Carter.

Sing for Hope has placed one of its iconic Sing for Hope Pianos near an early voting site at Florida International University in Miami, Fl., using the power of music to inspire voter engagement, bring joy to passersby, and create community through the arts. The beautiful artist-designed piano will remain near the polling site at FIU's Student Academic Success Center Multipurpose Room at Modesto Maidique Campus through November 1.
