Brittany Bartlett is a singer, dancer, and actor who has been cultivating a versatile career in the performing arts from a young age. Brittany has wanted to become a star since the moment she saw a photo of Cher on stage at the Oscars at age four and told her mother, “I want to be that.” Past shows include Cabaret (Sally / Producer- The New School); The Sound of Music (Maria); Les Miserables (Cosette); and Bat Boy: The Musical (Shelley). Brittany recently had the pleasuring of performing in the New York cast of From the Fire (Company / Swing; The New School / Judson Church), a dramatic oratorio piece composed by Elizabeth Swados. Brittany works in Walt Disney World as a performer in shows, parades, and meet-and-greets. She attends The New School where she studies music and dance.
Brittany has worked with multiple choirs in the Massachusetts and New York City. She has performed with North Shore Music Theatre, Northeast Senior Districts, and was a member of a ten-day concert tour of Europe with Arlington Madrigal Singers. Currently, Brittany is a member of a gospel choir, Renaissance and madrigal choral ensemble, and an a cappella group at school. She is also the founder and president of MTO, a musical theatre organization through The New School, where she produces and performs in showcases and full productions.
Brittany enjoys working with talented composers, helping to bring their vision to life in performance and recordings. Brittany is also invested in teaching as well as learning and is inspired by new talent. She works as a dance teacher for K-12 students, a ballroom dance instructor, and vocal coach. Brittany also volunteers at various high schools, assisting in their theatre and music classes as well as full productions.
Brittany is originally from Arlington, Massachusetts and currently resides in New York City.
