BIO

He was a member of the Broadway companies of Gigi and Mary Poppins, where he was a dancing statue, dancing chimney sweep, dancing bunny and understudy for Bert and Robertson Ay. Other credits include the title character in Tarzan (Arvada), Zach in A Chorus Line (Maltz Jupiter), Eddie in Funny Girl (Vero Beach Riverside), Buzz in South Pacific (Paper Mill) and regional productions of Spamalot, The Drowsy Chaperone, Thoroughly Modern Millie and 42nd Street. Brian also appeared in HBO’s “True Blood”. All my love to my wife Dana and our beautiful son Shane.

Musicals Tonight! Announces Revival Of ANYTHING GOES

Back by popular demand,  Musicals Tonight!'s production of Cole Porter's Anything Goes returns to The Lion Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42 Street) for a  limited engagement February 27th through March 11th.  Anything Goes is helmed by Casey Colgan who returns to the production as director and choreographer.     Tickets are $45 and can be purchased through www.telecharge.com or by calling (212) 239-6200.
Tony Winner Alice Ripley to Star in THE LEARNED LADIES Musical Workshop with Musical Direction by Kimberly Grigsby

Composer Ray Leslee (Standup Shakespeare, Avenue X) and playwright, actor, HBO Def Poet, Brian Dykstra, have teamed up with Musical Director Kimberly Grigsby (Amelie, Spiderman, Spring Awakening) to present a workshop presentation of a new musical based on the comedy by Moliere. The script-in-hand readings will take place Thursday Nov 16th at The Lark Play Development Center and Friday, November 17th at Manhattan Theatre Club Studios. The presentation will be directed by Margarett Perry.
Eric Sciotto Will Step in as Shakespeare in SOMETHING ROTTEN!

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, SOMETHING ROTTEN!'s current cod-piece clad Shakespeare -- Will Chase -- will depart the show on October 9, and will be replaced temporarily by understudy Eric Sciotto. Sciotto will assume the role through October 23. A permanent replacement has not yet been announced.

STALKER: THE MUSICAL Set for New York Fringe Festival

Brian Ogilvie  (Gigi, Mary Poppins) stars in Stalker: The Musical, a satirical new show, that will run August 14 - 26 as a part of the New York Fringe Festival.
