International Shakespeare Center to Present DAMES OF THRONES

The International Shakespeare Center (ISC) is bringing the award-winning New York City based Ducdame Ensemble and their original production DAMES OF THRONES: THE WOMEN IN SHAKESPEARE'S HISTORIES for a one night only performance at the Adobe Rose Theater in Santa Fe, NM.
Ducdame's DAMES OF THRONES Begins Next Week

Ducdame Ensemble will present a one-night-only preview performance of DAMES OF THRONES: THE WOMEN OF SHAKESPEARE'S HISTORIES, on Wednesday February 10th at the Gloria Maddox Theatre in New York City. The event will take place before the production makes its official premiere at the Adobe Rose Theatre in Santa Fe, New Mexico later this month. The devised piece, produced in association with the International Shakespeare Center of Santa Fe, draws from Shakespeare's history plays including RICHARD III, HENRY IV - VI, and KING JOHN.

Ducdame Ensemble has announced complete casting for DAMES OF THRONES, THE WOMEN OF SHAKESPEARE'S HISTORIES, which will play the Adobe Rose Theatre in Santa Fe, New Mexico this February.

This fall Seattle Shakespeare Company offers the rare opportunity to experience both parts of Shakespeare's epic Henry IV. Shakespeare's Henry IV parts 1 and 2 have been adapted into one emotionally packed drama by Daikin Matthews. Artistic Director Stephanie Shine directs Henry IV with David Pichette playing King Henry, Tim Gouran as the playboy prince Hal, and Richard Ziman as the funny and complex Falstaff. With a low-priced preview on October 23, Henry IV opens on Friday, October 24. The production runs through November 16 at the Center House Theatre at Seattle Center.
