Brandon Gille is a Filipino-American actor and singer born in Portland, Oregon. Brandon had the privilege of being a part of Disney’s West Coast premiere of Hugo’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame as Quasimodo. He has achieved multiple first place wins in the Tenor Division of the State Solo Voice Competitions and NATS Theater Competitions. He also won 1st place in the Professional Musical Theatre Division for the National Classical Singers Competition. Brandon was invited to perform in the Honors Performance Series at the Carnegie Hall in Manhattan, New York.
Earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre & Music at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, he appeared in the Pirates of Penzance, Ragtime, Curtains, Big Fish, as well as many operas, such as Gianni Schicchi, Die Fledermaus and Dido & Aeneas. Brandon is experienced at stage combat and stage-fight choreographies, dance and improvisation. Throughout his time at Pepperdine, Brandon has been an active member of their Chamber Choir and a featured soloist in the Pepperdine International Program Music Concert in Heidelberg, Germany.
After college, Brandon worked with the Foundation of New American Musicals, participating in new original projects and showcases, Simpsonology, We’ve Got Rights!, and Empty Hands. A month later, Brandon worked with directors, producers, writers, and professionals from London, partaking in the West End’s new upcoming musical album of Vanara the Legend. Soon, Brandon played Josh in The National Tour of Blue's Clues in the fall of 2022.
He will soon be making his debut at the Phoenix Theatre Company as Ensemble, U/S of Guoxin in the world premiere of Tiananmen the Musical.
