Bobby Garcia is a multi-hyphenate Director and Producer who has worked in film, television, stage and live concert entertainment. He has directed over 50 plays and musicals in Canada and throughout the Asian region including mainland China (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xian), Hong Kong SAR, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore. Concerts and TV Specials include LEA SALONGA: 40, LEA SALONGA: PLAYLIST, LEA SALONGA: YOUR SONGS, LEA SALONGA: THE BROADWAY CONCERT, NIGHT OF THE CHAMPIONS, THE PRINCE OF POP & THE COMEDY CONCERT QUEEN, LEA SALONGA: SONGS FROM HOME, ERIK SANTOS SOLO AT THE COLISEUM and LEA SALONGA: HOME FOR CHRISTMAS. He was an Associate Director for MISS SAIGON (2000/2001) and represented casting for Cameron Mackintosh in the Philippines for the revival of MISS SAIGON and the UK Tour. He was also Hong Kong Disneyland’s first Show Director opening the park in 2005. In 2008, he became one of a select few stage directors to have three different shows running simultaneously in the Asian region (Hong Kong, Manila, and Singapore).
