Previously, Blake was a company member with dance theater director Erica Mott as well as performance artists Mark Jeffery and Judd Morrissey.
Also, Blake was the creator of a free weekly wellness workshop series at Juilliard called Self Care Saturdays, an associate producer of an emerging Black student actor organization called HomeBase Theatre Collective, and a co-founder of The Chicago Home Theater Festival, a yearly city-wide month-long performance festival aimed at activating the arts and the community.
