Disney's TARZAN Begins 7/17 at Steps Off Broadway

Bellingham's own STEPS THEATRE will be closing its doors on July 19th . Disney's Tarzan will be the final show performed under Steps Theatre! The king of the apes and his lady love will swing to the stage in this adaptation of the Disney film. Based on Disney's epic animated musical adventure and Edgar Rice Burrough's Tarzan of the Apes, Tarzan features heart-pumping music by rock legend Phil Collins and a book by TONY Award-winning playwright, David Henry Hwang. High-flying excitement and hits like the Academy Award winning "You'll Be in My Heart" as well as "Son of Man" and "Two Worlds" make Tarzan and unforgettable theatrical experience. Tarzan was originally produced on Broadway by Disney Theatrical Productions and is now presented through special arrangements with Music Theater International (MTI).

Steps Theatre (a division of Steps Off Broadway) will be performing 'The Greater Tuna' for only 6 performances. There will be 7:30 PM performances tonight, September 5, and September 6, 12, 13 and 2:00 PM performances on September 7, 14. All performances will be held at Steps very own intimate theater at 799 South Main Street in Bellingham.
