LOVE, COLE a musical revue of the beloved songs by Cole Porter, opens on Thursday, May 3rd, and continues through May 20 with performances at 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00PM; Sunday matinees at 2:30 PM at the Barnstable Comedy Club located at 3171 Main Street, Rte. 6A in Barnstable. Ticket are $25 / $22 for Seniors 62+ and Students.
Provincetown Theater to Present THE DRESSER, 4/6-24

The Provincetown Theater brings the Broadway and West End hit "The Dresser" to its stage April 6 to 24. "The Dresser", written by Ronald Harwood, chronicles the end times of Great Britain's once-grand theatrical touring companies. The play, set in 1942, is both touching and hilarious, revealing the shabby egos, ridiculous obsessions, and blind loyalties played out behind the glamour of the stage.

The Huntington Theatre Company brings Thornton Wilder's Pulitzer Prize-winning Our Town home to Boston on its 75th anniversary in a landmark staging by Obie Award winner David Cromer (Tribes, Adding Machine). The remount of the acclaimed New York production that features a homegrown cast will inaugurate the Huntington's use of the intimate, 250-seat Roberts Studio Theatre in the Huntington's Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA.

As well as winning several major awards, the production was driven by popular demand to extend its West End run, having already enjoyed sell-out runs at Chichester Festival Theatre and London's Royal Court Theatre. The Broadway production of ENRON was nominated for four Tony Awards before it closed this spring.

Spring Awakening, written in the 1890's, is Frank Wedekind's ground breaking play about adolescent sexuality that is the most censored play in theater history, not getting produced as originally written for 75 years. The show examines the lives of teenagers in provincial Germany as their sexual awakenings are repressed by the conservative society of their parents.
