Bergen County Players' PINOCCHIO Begins Tonight
The Bergen County Players (BCP), the 2015 NJACT Community Theatre of the Year, continues its 83rd season with its annual family show, PINOCCHIO, a beloved tale of a wooden puppet who wants to become a real boy, a classic story that will delight young and old alike. Under the direction of Terri Caust and musical direction by Steve Bell, PINOCCHIO will be performed at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell from tonight, November 28th through December 20th.

Great Art to Benefit Great Science Raises Over $2 Million for Child Mind Institute
On February 28, 2013, Stephanie Seymour Brant, Peter Brant, Brooke Garber Neidich, Daniel Neidich and the Child Mind Institute Board of Directors joined together for a once in a lifetime auction of great art to benefit great science. The evening raised more than more than $2 million for the cause, a record dollar amount for any auction the non-profit has held since it's inception in 2010. The one-time event at Sotheby's brought together some of the world's most renowned contemporary artists and collectors to raise funds for the Child Mind Institute's Healthy Brain Network, a landmark effort to chart brain development and find new diagnostic tools and treatments for pediatric mental illness.
Cynthia Rowley Heads Downtown with Candy Concept
Cynthia Rowley just successfully opend her new East 78th Street store and has already found a location for another store in the West Village. Rowley will unveil an art-infused boutique, including her colorful CuRious candy concept, at 396 Bleecker Street next month. Her West Village neighbors include Marc by Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren's RRL, Monocle and Lulu Guinness.
STAGE TUBE: Kymia Wins Bravo's WORK OF ART
On last night's finale episode of Bravo TV's WORK OF ART, Kymia was named 'The Next Great Artist'. On the show, the final three contestants had been sent home to prepare a full solo exhibition. Climaxing in a large-scale gala opening at the Brooklyn Museum, the finalists presented their collections to the judging panel.

On tonight's episode of Bravo TV's WORK OF ART entitled 'Exile on Main Street', the artists must create an undated version of Americana. China and Simon take the remaining artists out of their comfort zone, to a quaint town in the Hudson Valley. The artists wander the streets, meet the locals and seek inspiration from a slower-paced lifestyle. They are instructed to create an undated version of Americana using only materials sourced from the town. Jeanne Greenberg-Rohaytn returns to the judging panel this week.
STAGE TUBE: Sneak Peek - Artists Must Use Auto Parts on Tonight's WORK OF ART on Bravo
On tonight's episode of Bravo TV's WORK OF ART: THE NEXT GREAT ARTIST entitled 'La Dolce Arte', the artists must utilize one automobile component from a Fiat 500 and transform it into a piece of art. From utilizing the engine block, being inspired by the facade, or even using the leather seating as a canvas, the contestants have total artistic freedom.

On last night's episode of WORK OF ART: The Next Great Artist on Bravo TV, contestant Bayete was eliminated. However, the talented artist had no regrets and actually believed he definitely deserved to go home for his piece, but he's proud that he pushed himself outside his comfort zone.
