Last night's special two-hour series finale of ONE TREE HILL gave The CW its highest rated Wednesday night among women 18-34 (1.4/4) in more than a year (since 2/23/11), according to preliminary Live Plus Same Day Nielsen ratings for Wednesday, April 4, 2012.

The CW Network announced today midseason plans for the 2011-2012 season, including the final 13 episodes of ONE TREE HILL, the series premiere of REMODELED and the return of original episodes across the schedule, starting Thursday, January 5 with THE VAMPIRE DIARIES and THE SECRET CIRCLE.

The episode will air Tuesday, October 12 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) on The CW. The hit tearjerker of a book written by Nicholas Sparks, is about a young couple falling in love in 1940s. After charming audiences with its big screen adaptation starring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, it is now being shaped into a stage musical.
