Benji Feldman

Benji Feldman (Benjamin C. Feldman, Esq.), a principal of the law firm Feldman, Golinski Reedy + Senouf PLLC., is an entertainment lawyer practicing in theater, film, television, publishing, fine art, digital media/start-ups and other intellectual property. His clientele includes financiers, artists, producers, talent agencies, venues, casting directors and non-profits.

Benji is the recipient of a Tony Award for “Best Revival of a Musical” for Pippin and is a producer of On the Town on Broadway. He was the production counsel for Memphis, which won “Best Musical”. His clients have won for “Best Orchestrations”, “Best Score”, “Best Sound Design” and “Best Book of a Musical” and have been nominated for “Best Actress”. Upcoming Broadway: Gigi, Pride and Prejudice, and Room With a View.

As attorney, Ben recently sold E-Team to Netflix, and also has sold other documentaries to PBS, HBO and NBC. As production counsel, his documentaries have won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance and have been nominated for the “Best Documentary” Oscar. Ben has been production counsel for many films, ranging from Kissing Jessica Stein and Nicole Kidman’s Rabbit Hole to Lost In the Sun with Josh Duhamel (currently in post), with two new features shooting in the summer of ’14 alone. Recently wrapped projects include Cake, with Jennifer Aniston (Ben represents producer and director). As a motion picture producer, recent credits include The Understudy. Ben’s clients currently include executive producers for series on Adult Swim and MTV, and stars of series on networks including TVLand and Netflix (the firm has three clients in the cast of Orange is the New Black). He serves on the Board of Directors for Ars Nova, the Hourglass Group and the Chase Brock Experience. He was published in the Commercial Theater Institute’s Guide to Producing Plays and Musicals.

He is a graduate of Choate, Yale (summa cum laude), and NYU School of Law.
