Plethos Productions presents COVID-safe musical, The Last Five Years
As theatres throughout the Bay Area are currently shuttered due to the ongoing pandemic, Plethos Productions, based in Castro Valley, has continued offering online entertainment since March. Digital Open Mic nights, virtual stand up comedy shows and livestreams of their production of Much Ado About Nothing have brought in hundreds of audience members and performers from around the world.

PA Ballet Welcomes Corps de Ballet Member, Four Apprentices
Pennsylvania Ballet Artistic Director Angel Corella has announced the roster for the 2017/2018 Season with the additions of Corps de Ballet member Zecheng Liang, and new Apprentices Federico D'Ortenzi, Erin O'Dea, Taro Kurachi, and Cassidy McAndrew (previous member of Pennsylvania Ballet II).

From June 8 - 18, 2017, Houston Ballet caps its season with Stanton Welch's La Bayadere ("The Temple Dancer"), a historic classic set in royal India of the past. La Bayadere is a dramatic ballet of eternal love, mystery, fate, vengeance and justice, featuring spectacular scenery and costumes by the acclaimed English designer Peter Farmer.
TBT Ends Season with Trip Down RABBIT HOLE
Texas Ballet Theater (TBT) will close its 2016-2017 season with a production of Alice in Wonderland. TBT will perform at Bass Performance Hall, May 19-21, with accompaniment by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, and at Winspear Opera House, June 2-4, with accompaniment by the Dallas Opera Orchestra.
Texas Ballet Theater Announces New Season
Texas Ballet Theater (TBT)'s Artistic Director, Ben Stevenson, O.B.E., announces the Company's 2017-2018 season, which includes a world premiere by Stevenson; a world premiere by TBT dancer, Carl Coomer; a moving tribute to soldiers of war; as well as classics such as Beauty and the Beast and Swan Lake.
AN AMERICAN IN PARIS Tour Welcomes New Jerry Mulligan
The North American tour of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, winner of four Tony Awards®, welcomes McGee Maddox in the role of Jerry Mulligan this April. Maddox, a former Principal Dancer with The National Ballet of Canada, replaces Garen Scribner who will play his final performance on Sunday, April 16 in Las Vegas.
Valentina Kozlova Announces NUTCRACKER WINTER SUITE
Valentina Kozlova's next project is her annual 'Nutcracker Winter Suite,' December 3, 7 PM, at Symphony Space, Broadway and 95th Street, NYC. Joining the students at Kozlova's Dance Conservatory, located in midtown Manhattan, are Kozlova students Nikita Boris and Justin Valentine. The exceptional teen dancers, participating in Kozlova's Competition last June, were awarded scholarships to the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia, selected by Academy director Nikolai Tsiskaridze. Justin will return to St. Petersburg after the performances to continue his one-year scholarship. Nikita, now 16 years old, completed her scholarship and entered the October Vaganova Prix, where she received a special award for artistry and was further honored with an invitation to perform a solo from Giselle on the stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.
